Frequently Asked Questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Gainlog → Profile tab → tap your name to edit → scroll down → tap Delete Account. This action is permanent and removes all your workouts and data.
Can I export my workout data?
There is currently no built-in export. Email us at support@gainlog.org and we’ll send you a JSON export of your data within 7 days.
Why does the app ask for camera or photo permissions?
Only when you choose to add a photo to a share card. We never access your camera or photos automatically.
I forgot my password.
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. You’ll receive a reset link by email.
Does Gainlog work offline?
You can view previously loaded workouts offline, but creating new workouts and syncing requires an internet connection.
Is my data private?
Yes. See our Privacy Policy for full details. We don’t sell your data and never will.
